Developing Young Professionals or DYP is effectively impacting our youth to meet workplace expectations and norms via sponsored programs that engage young people with working professionals. DYP envisions a world in which young people have the agency, rights, influence, and opportunities to pursue their life goals and contribute to the success of their communities.

Thanks to our experienced board members we are able to provide opportunities and guidance, we empower them to acquire essential skills, adapt to challenges, and become confident contributors to society.
